Every month, we offer free programs designed to meet domestic workers where they are. Some provide practical skills for financial independence. Others create space for creative expression, storytelling, and emotional support. Together, they address both the visible struggles and the invisible weight that helpers carry.

(BEAM)

Advancement for
Migrants
BEAM is our flagship program providing free financial literacy and entrepreneurship workshops for domestic workers, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their money and their lives. We base our curriculum on university-level personal finance courses, mentorship from experts and guidance from various NGOS. We also invite industry professionals for specialized talks regularly.
From managing remittances to ideating small businesses, we walk alongside helpers as they build a brighter, more independent future.
We believe every domestic worker has a story worth telling. Our Narrative Reclamation Workshops provide a creative outlet for helpers to showcase their identities through multiple mediums, including photography, writing, and spoken word. Over the course of engaging 3-hour workshops, participants gain fundamental artistic skills through immersive practice and exclusive access to experts in the arts.

Lives Beyond Labor
Lives Beyond Labor is a multimedia storytelling project that culminated in a public exhibition at PMQ in Central, Hong Kong, in November 2025. It highlights the unseen lives, identities, and resilience of Hong Kong's domestic workers beyond their employment. The project documented the stories of 50+ migrant domestic workers through interviews, photography, and written narratives, challenging how care work is perceived and revealing the dignity, aspiration, and humanity often overlooked in discussions of labor.
To prepare for this event, we ran 9 photography training sessions pre-event (3 hrs each, among 3 cohorts) and 8 additional workshops throughout the exhibition dates with the help of Caritas AMP and Lingnan University.

City-wide clothing drives
We partner with five local businesses and NGOs across Hong Kong to supply high-quality secondhand clothing to domestic workers.
Through our dedicated collection boxes at strategic locations, we gather donations and collaborate with community organizations to host exclusive sales.
Since launch, we have collected over 10,000 pre-loved items and hosted more than 30 distribution events across Hong Kong and the Philippines.

The Philippines is highly prone to typhoons, which is why we partner with communities across Bohol and Manila to distribute second-hand clothing, particularly in the aftermath of crises.
We thank our domestic worker and student volunteers who help sort and quality check our clothes before they are distributed.
