Hearts To Helper's executive team is entirely youth-led, reflecting our commitment to empowering young voices in community service. Together, they oversee programs, partnerships, and initiatives that directly support domestic workers in Hong Kong.
 
We are also joined by a board of domestic worker advisors who consult on projects and provide first-hand perspectives. As a result, authentic representation is held as our utmost priority.
